Diverse experience in both BPO and Captive environments with specialization in running large Operations, P&L, Organizational Strategy, multi-channel Process Improvement techniques & People Development. Well versed in leading & managing clients from various business segments like ISPs, Telcos, Financial Information Services, Computer & Phone Manufactures, Healthcare, Digital Infrastructure Services and Enterprise Product Support. Experienced in setting up businesses and executing launches from ground zero including building best in class teams. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the BPO industry with a wide network of leaders, clients, and related associates across the globe.

Nitin Paniker

VP – India Enterprise Sales

Nitin is a hands-on leader with over 22 years of experience working with organizations like Patni, Oracle, IBM, and ADP. Joining in 2015, he was one of the first sales leads at ProHance, managing multiple responsibilities, including driving individual sales targets, building partnerships, and helping establish the business development, marketing, and enterprise sales functions.

He has a proven track record of growing net new business and securing several large enterprise logos for ProHance. Nitin currently leads Enterprise Sales for India and remains a driving force in executing growth strategies.

Brendan Maree

Country Manager & VP – Australia

Brendan has more than two decades of sales and business development experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining ProHance, he has worked as Vice President at 8x8, at Interactive Intelligence in several senior positions, at Avaya as Channel Manager for SMB products and was also National Account Manager at US-based mobile phone infrastructure provider, Allen Telecom.

He has excelled in accelerating revenue, leading the strategic recruitment of local telecom operators, engaging new partners and nurturing a high-performing and collaborative team. Currently, Brendan is the country manager for ANZ region for ProHance.

Anshul Mittal

Global Lead - Virtual Sales & Emerging Markets

With 20+ years of experience in driving sales for diverse suite of Enterprise Technologies, Anshul Mittal, has developed expertise in building and leading both direct and cross-functional teams, as well as establishing new growth markets.

Anshul’s career progression includes rising through the ranks and refining her leadership skills at organizations like HCL, Oracle, GNN, and Emerson. Always the one up for a challenge, she took on the task of building the Enterprise Implementation function at ProHance, where she successfully established the delivery framework for large-scale projects.

Currently, at ProHance, she leads the Strategy and Sales for Emerging Markets, continuing to drive growth and innovation.

Saurabh Sharma

COO

Saurabh is the Chief Operating Officer at ProHance. With a stellar track record in senior roles at industry giants like GE, UBS, Cognizant, Dell, and Firstsource, he brings deep expertise in understanding customer needs and aligning ProHance’s solutions to deliver impactful results. His strategic vision has been pivotal in establishing ProHance as a leader in workforce optimization and shaping the future of its product offerings.

Saurabh excels in blending strategic insight with creativity, consistently leading transformative initiatives that generate measurable value. With over 25 years of global experience in Program Management, WFM and Operations, his exceptional business acumen and customer-centric approach are hallmarks of his leadership.

Saurabh is a qualified Electronics & Communications Engineer with an MBA in Management Systems from IIT Delhi, complemented by certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, Certified Internal Auditor, and PMP, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence.

Beyond ProHance, Saurabh actively engages with startups and innovative firms, seeking disruptive partnerships to challenge and reshape conventional business models. His visionary outlook and collaborative mindset position him as a key driver of growth and transformation across the industry.

Priya Goenka

CFO

Priya is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and operations. She brings with her years of experience in multiple roles across leading IT companies. She has rich experience in leading and creating sustained finance teams and developing organisations from start-ups to enterprises.

With expertise in financial forecasting, risk management, and cost optimization, Priya has a proven track record of driving profitability and supporting long-term business objectives. Her deep understanding of market and industry trends allows her to provide valuable insights that inform key business decisions.

Before joining ProHance, Priya held roles at Accion Labs, DXC Technology and Wipro, where she successfully managed investors, multi-million-dollar budgets, FP&A and Business Finance. Priya is known for her ability to provide strategic finance support to businesses, develops risk management and control frameworks.

Khiv Singh

SVP

Khiv brings over 20 years of experience in building and scaling companies. He has successfully built and led various teams in sales, marketing, and business development and is passionate about disruptive technologies and entrepreneurship. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Sapience Analytics, Symphony Services, Reliance, ICIM, and Infinite Computer Solutions.

In his current role, Khiv is focused on scaling the US business and overall revenue growth.

With more than two decades of experience in scaling businesses and driving operational excellence, Ankur has held leadership roles at General Electric, Genpact, and American Express. His expertise spans business transformation, process optimization, and leveraging technology to enhance productivity.

Ankur is passionate about helping enterprises build a future-ready workforce by enabling data-driven decision-making and operational agility.

Dr. Kishore Reddy

Kishore is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of ProHance, leading the company’s technology vision and innovation strategy. With over 20 years of experience in software product development, he drives the product roadmap, pre-sales, and solution engineering, ensuring ProHance remains at the forefront of enterprise workforce optimization.

Before ProHance, Kishore held key roles at Network Solutions and IBM, where he managed strategic product portfolios like NOC-Inside and established best practices in remote management. His expertise in building scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions has been instrumental in shaping ProHance’s growth and technological advancements.

Kishore brings a unique perspective to technology leadership, holding an MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. His multidisciplinary background enables him to approach problem-solving with a blend of analytical thinking, innovation, and business acumen, driving ProHance’s mission to transform workforce productivity through cutting-edge technology.

Rajesh Sharma

Rajesh is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and co-founder of ProHance, bringing over 25 years of expertise in software development and supply chain management. As a driving force behind ProHance, he plays a pivotal role in managing key operations across customer success, value engineering, and other core business functions, ensuring enterprises unlock maximum value from their workforce and digital investments.

Rajesh has been instrumental in shaping ProHance’s technology vision, leveraging his deep experience in building scalable enterprise solutions. Prior to co-founding ProHance, he led key product development initiatives at organizations such as Network Solutions, International Decision Systems (IDS), and JSoft Solutions (JSW Group). His leadership in software engineering and process optimization has contributed to the success of multiple technology-driven transformations.

Rajesh holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology. His passion for innovation and operational excellence continues to drive ProHance’s growth as a leading enterprise SaaS platform.

Paresh Leads the Business Development efforts at ProHance and has over 15 Years of Experience, he was part of the Senior Leadership team at NASSCOM.

Ashish Syngal

SVP - Customer Success and Account Management

Ashish is leading the relationship for our existing clients and partnering with them to continuously leverage ProHance to drive value. He brings 20+ years of experience in leading large operations, process migration and process re-engineering and has worked with brands like Franklin, Fidelity, American Express and GE (later became GENPACT) in the financial services industry. He has a deep understanding of ProHance and has successfully deployed ProHance to drive improvements across various businesses.

Ashish is a PGDM in Finance & Marketing from NMIMS Mumbai and has done his Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute Patiala. He is also Green Belt and Black Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma methodology and has driven high impact projects for the firms he has worked with.

Venu Gattineni

VP – Technology

With over 15 years of software development experience, Venu has played an instrumental role in building and managing many enterprise products. At Jamocha Tech, he manages the development and roadmap strategies for all the products and solutions of Jamocha Tech. He has a BE in Computer science and has held key technology roles in Network Solutions and Snappimon.

Satish Chakrad

Extensive experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle specialized in driving Product Development, Program and Product Management, Quality Assurance and Testing Life cycle. Arvind has 32 years of diverse experience focused on creating and implementing Best Practices in market leaders like ZS Associates, Genpact, Hewitt Associates, Accenture, and Timken. 12 years in Business Process Excellence using Lean Six Sigma, 11 years in Management Consultancy with global leaders in Human Capital and Management Consulting and 5 years in line management ranging from large blue chip to start-up international joint ventures.

Arvind completed his Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical) from Indian Institute of Technology - BHU, Varanasi and is an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India
